Richard Burnham
Funeral Director
Richard is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served 4 years on active duty and then 16 years in civil service in mortuary affairs. He graduated from The Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1967 and has served as funeral director for 44 years.

Sulene Fontenot
Crematory Operator
Sulene lives in Terrell and attends the First Baptist Church of Terrell. Has three children, Amanda, Andria, and Justin and has 8 grandchildren. She attended Trinity Valley Community College and is a Certified Crematory Operator.

John Hacker
Funeral Assistant
John was raised in Tyler, and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1962, Austin College in 1967, and the Univ. of North Texas in 1971 with a Masters in Education, and University of Tyler in 1988 in mid mangement cert. John has been married to Linda for the past 45 years, and they have a son, and two granddaughters. John has been employed at Eubank Cedar Creek since 2000, and was certified a crematory operator in 2004.

Arthur "Art" Harkins
Funeral Director
Art was born in Kaufman and attended Crandall School. He recieved his Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Central Western Univ. He was married to Ann Galaway in 1984 and they have 2 wonderful children and twin grandchildren. Art joined Garland Fire Dept. in 1984 and retired from Garland in 2010. He has worked part time at Eubank Cedar Creek since 1999 and recieved his Funeral Director license in 2009.

Holly Holley
Funeral Director
Holly was born and raised in Austin. She graduated from Richland High School in 1996. After a 12 year career in dental hygiene, she obtained an Associates Degree in Mortuary Science and Art, graduating from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 2011. She began her employment at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in January 2013. She and her husband have four wonderful children and currently live in Canton.

J.D. Jennings
General Manager / Funeral Director
J.D. is a lifelong resident of the Cedar Creek Lake area, graduated from Mabank High School in 1988 and graduated from The Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1992. Working and serving his apprenticeship at Eubank Funeral Home. He began his employment with Anderson-Clayton Bros. in 1998, working at Kaufman, Kemp and Mesquite, before returning to Mabank in Nov. 2010. Married to Tina and has two children.

Jill Lambert-Palmer
Family Service Counselor
Jill was raised in Dallas and is married to Joseph Palmer and lives in Rockwall. She began her career with Restland Funeral Home and Anderson-Clayton Bros. in Mesquite. Joining Eubank Cedar Creek in November 2012. She has a Masters Degree in Social Services and does volunteer work for Operation Kindness.

Angela Nelson
Office Administrator
Angela is a lifelong resident of the Cedar Creek area. She graduated from Kemp High School and lives in Mabank with her husband Ricky and daughter Haylee. Angela joined Eubank Cedar Creek in 2011.

Pansy Eves Odom
Funeral Assistant/ Night Receptionist
Pansy was born and raised in Mabank, she graduated from Mabank High School and married Roland G. "Midge" Odom, and they have a son Kenneth and a daughter Kim, and six grandchildren. Pansy owned and operated a Beauty Shop in Mabank for 40 years. She joined Eubank Cedar Creek in 2006.

Funeral Assistant
Johnny was raised in Mabank and graduated from Mabank High Schol in 1980. He has worked and assisted Eubank Cedar Creek since 1991.

Ray Reese
Cemetery/ Grounds Keeper
Ray was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. Ray started working in the funeral industry for Gill Grave Service in 1994-2000. Centex Grave Service 2000-2005 and joined Eubank Cedar Creek in 2005. Ray lives in Gun Barrel City and is married to Debbie, and has a daughter and two step sons, and 7 grandchildren.

Raphael Rocha
Cemetery/ Grounds Superintendent
Rafael was born and raised in Michoacan, Mexico, Moving to the U.S. in 1987. He was naturalized a citizen in 2000. He worked in construction prior to joining Eubank Cedar Creek in 2001. He lives in Mabank with his wife, Susan and 3 children, Christopher, Brittany, and Shelby.

Don Teague
Funeral Director
Don was born in Dallas and graduated from W.W. Samuel High School in 1957 and the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1994. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier and Rural Carrier for 26 years. Licensed and Ordained to the Gospel in 1980, pastoring 3 churches. Employed by Eubank Funeral Home in 1993. He and his wife Diana have 4 wonderful children, and 6 even greater grandchildren.

Christie Warrick
Receptionist
Christie attended school in Athens and recently moved to the area with her husband Larry who is the Assistant Chief of Police in Gun Barrel City. She has two children, Brianna and Cody, both of which are attending Mabank High School.

Pat Wells
Funeral Director
Pat Wells joined Eubank Cedar Creek in 2012. He is the former owner operator of Lighthouse Mortuary Services in Tyler. He has been a licensed funeral director/ embalmer since 1971. He lives in Edom with his wife Shelia and has 5 children and 12 grandchildren. He is the pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Tyler.
